Sweep / Run Button

When you press the Sweep/Run button or when the AM700 receives a remote Start

trigger event, the generator turns on (if it was not already on), and all applicable

sweeps are started. Set the sweep count number to make a selected number of

sweeps or set the sweep count number to 0 to run the sweep continually. At the end

of the set number of sweeps for all enabled sweeps, the generator stops sweeping.

While sweeps are occurring, an LED indicator next to the Sweep/Run button will be

on.

You can press the Sweep/Run button a second time to turn off the sweep. To disable

a generator sweep for unused channels, turn off the generator output enable in the

Generator Control panel for the those outputs.

Refer to Sweep Control on page 4-19 in the Audio Generator application for

information on creating a sweep list or file, and other sweep capabilities of the

AM700.
